AmcareMed LCD type automatic manifold can fully automatic display information on LCD panel. With digital and gauge pressure indication. Color display for easy reading. Pressure unit provides Bar, Mpa or PSI for measure conversion. When change medical gas cylinder, the manifold have alarm function.

LED Automatic Manifold

AmcareMed LED type automatic manifold has pressure regulators with LED Display. The automatic manifold monitors cylinder tank pressure electronically, automatically change over to secondary tank when the primary cylinder tank is depleted and eleminates the need to manually set a priority side. It’s economical and efficient for hospital medical gas pipeline system.

Oil Lubricated Rotary Vane Vacuum System

Oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum system is a durable long-life pump that has been used for many years in hospital and laboratory applications. Lubricated by circulating oil provides a consistently high vacuum level in continuous operation.

Box Valve / Zona Valve Box (AVSU)

Medical gas zona valve box is suitable for gas shutoff/open control in medical gas pipeline system, used for medical gas copper pipeline system connection.

Amcaremed multiple zone valve box is available in single (house 1 valve) or multiple (house 2 to 6 valves) types, accomodating a variety of valve sizes, In case of emergencies, zona valve boxes can also be used to shutoff of gas distribution to hospilal different individual zones.

All valves are claned for medical gas services and include dua gauge ports on the valve extensions. The valve is using stainless steel material or copper ball valve, 100% gas tightness test.

LED Medical Gas Area Alarm

LCD medical gas alarm will actively display your medical gas information on a highly visible LCD screen. AmcareMed medical oxygen generator system could supply pure oxygen for all kinds of hospitals and clinics continuously. Medical oxygen generators system use Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to separate the oxygen from air. Our oxygen plant equipment put the air as raw material, zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, under the normal temperature low pressure, using the selectivity of zeolite molecular sieve for oxygen adsorption. The purity is 93%±3%.
